GRAMAP gathers several scientists from the french community around four domains : Time Scales, Reference Frames, Gravitational Waves, and Tests of Gravitation Theories, all closely linked to pulsar timing.

The workshop will be organized in five sessions (those four topics, plus one for pulsar timing issues) and a general panel discussion, from Wednesday afternoon to Friday noon. Each session will start with a review talk.

The meetings will take place in the historical "Salle du Conseil", Paris Observatory. There will be another (smaller) meeting room available all during meeting to allow parallel discussions and group meetings.
